We offer 2 kinds of bookings. Online and manually. We recommend to use the online facilities for immediate price and availability information. Just click on the blinking "Prices" button in the right upper corner of this side and you will reach our availability, rates and booking section.
In the booking section we offer 2 payment options.
1. You can pay by credit card. We use a save connection to transmit your CC details. The submission is encrypted and is safe at all.
2. You can choose the Bank Deposit option to pay the deposit into our Bank account. If you use that option you will get an e-mail with our bank details automatically issued by the system. If you choose this option please send us proof of payment. The booking will only be secure when the deposit is in our bank account.
If you like to book may and you don't want to use the Online facilities please send us an e-mail or phone us. We will offer you the room by e-mail and will attach the rates manually. We always need to charge the a deposit of 50% of the booking value to secure the booking. For a one night booking only we charge the full amount for the booking. We often had a non show and suffered a lot of losses without the deposit policy. We ask for your understanding.

Booking Policies

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Conditions:

22 - 30 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 30% of your deposit applies
21 - 8 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 50 % of your booking value applies
0 - 7 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of your booking value applies
We can only accept number of occupants according to your original booking. If not adhered to we reserve the right to cancel your booking . A cancellation fee becomes applicable.

Other terms and conditions:
Arrival and Departure:
On day of arrival, the rooms are available from 2 pm.
Please inform us of you arrival after 5 pm to guarantee your room.
On day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room at 10 am.

All Credit Card Transactions are processed on a secure server!!!

Reservation/Pre-Payment:
From December, 20th until January 15th we will only accept reservations for at least 3 days.
The balance to be paid after arrival at our guesthouse.

Currency:

We accept cash (South African Rand), bank deposit, electronic transfer and credit cards . (Master, Visa, Amex) In case of transmission of your credit card details for deposit you accept the deduction of the deposit against your credit card to secure the booking automatically if no other agreement was made in writing. If your submitted Credit Card details are not valid or the bank denied to process the transfer of the deposit, your reservation will be cancelled from our online booking system to free the rooms for other clients.

Unfortunately we cannot accept Traveller Cheques or Cheques.
If you choose bank deposit please send us the proof of payment in between 12 hours to secure your booking.
General Conditions:
We do not accept pets and ask for your understanding.
All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking only outside of the building or in special allocated areas.
As regards the tariffs and conditions specified above, we reserve the right to changes at any time.
